Please read before placing a bid

We at Breed 'Em to Buck ~ Breeders Livestock Now provide an Auction Service, we are not Auctioneers. We act as agents, providing a place for breeders to buy and sell stock in an online auction format. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. All guarantees and payments for cattle are between the buyer and seller. Consequently, we do not transfer legal ownership of an item from the seller to the buyer, all transactions are made between the seller and the highest bidder at the close of the auction. Buyers and Sellers must be of legal age to participate in transactions.

By placing an animal, semen, embryo, service or equipment on Breed 'Em to Buck ~ Breeders Livestock Now you are consigning the item to be sold to the highest bidder, and you are agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth by Breed 'Em to Buck and agree to adhere to all consignor rules.  Failure to follow all rules forfeits your right to use our online service as a buyer or seller.

By consigning an item to be sold, you have the right to post a reserve to be met. A reserve is the minimum bid that you will accept on the item consigned.

By consigning livestock, breeding services, embryos, or equipment on Breed 'Em to Buck ~ Breeders Livestock Now you are agreeing to pay the following:

By consigning semen straws on Breed ‘Em to Buck ~ Breeders Livestock Now you are agreeing to pay, on the total amount sold, the following for semen straw lots:

*At this time the seller will not be charged an after the sale commission percentage fee.

Breed 'Em to Buck will send you an invoice with a date when the fee is due. Failure to pay the fee by the due date will forfeit your right to use Breed 'Em to Buck ~ Breeders Livestock Now services as a seller and buyer, and your delinquency will be made known on the web site.

BREED 'EM TO BUCK ACCEPTS PAYPAL ~ TO PAY YOUR CONSIGNMENT USING PAYPAL CONTACT R.D. SANDERS AT 405.366.2090.

If the reserve is not met you have the option to re-consign the item or sell to the highest bidder. If for any reason a successful bidder defaults on a sale where the reserve is met you may request Breed 'Em to ~ Breeders Livestock Now to contact the second highest bidder to sell the animal, semen, or embryo to for their bid.

Consignor is responsible for all health papers required by state and federal laws and have them available at time of purchase.

At the close of the auction it is your responsibility to contact the highest bidder and must work out all payment and delivery details with the bidder.  Breed 'Em to Buck ~ Breeders Livestock Now is not responsible for delivery of item or payment. Breed 'Em to Buck does not guarantee health or quality of animals, semen, or embryos being sold.

By placing a bid on Breed 'Em to Buck ~ Breeders Livestock Nowyou are agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth by Breed 'Em to Buck ~ Breeders Livestock Now and will adhere to all bidders rules.  Failure to follow rules will forfeit your right to use these services as a seller or buyer. The consignor has the right to post when payment is due, payment options, and shipping details.  If you cannot reach the payment or delivery requirements set by the consignor, do not bid.  Do not place a bid if you are not willing, or do not have the means to purchase the livestock. This service is available to serious bidders only. If you are the highest bidder at the close of the auction it is your responsibility to contact the consignor and must work out all payment and delivery details with the consignor.

If you make a mistake placing a bid, and you want to correct your mistake, please contact us and we will correct it as soon as possible.

If you place a bid, and it is not higher than the current bid, it will be deleted as soon as we are aware of your mistake.

The consignor has the right to post a reserve price to be met.  If your bid does not meet, or is higher than, the reserve price, then consignor has the right not to sell the item to you.

All bids will end at the scheduled time 8:30 pm CST Central Standard Time, unless there is active bidding from two or more buyers; in this case, bidding will continue in increments of 15 minutes (from the scheduled end time) until there is a period of 15 minutes where there are no bids. At that time the sale will be final.

At the close of the auction the highest bidder will be contacted by email.  If the highest bidder fails to follow through with the purchase, they will forfeit their right to use these services as a seller or buyer, and it will be made known on the web site.  If the highest bidder fails to follow through with his commitment, the second highest bidder may be contacted and will be given the option to purchase the livestock at the bid that they placed.  The second highest bidder would be under no obligation to purchase.

All monies paid will be U.S. dollars only. Any questions regarding any issues that have not been addressed in the terms and conditions in conjunction with any service or area or part of Breed 'Em to Buck ~ Breeders Livestock Now, including but not limited to the sale barn, the message board or the chat room can be addressed to R.D. Sanders.

By placing a bid or consigning livestock to Breed 'Em to Buck ~ Breeders Livestock Now you are accepting and agreeing to all Terms and Conditions set forth as stated on this page and will adhere to all consignor/bidder rules. Before utilizing any area of Breed 'Em to Buck, including but not limited to the Sale Barn, the message board, and the chat room, you must read, accept and agree to abide by all terms and conditions stated on all pages provided.  Failure to follow rules, terms and conditions will forfeit your right to use all Breed 'Em to Buck ~ Breeders Livestock Now services.
